Welcome to SocialIQ.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of SocialIQ, a creator intelligence and multi-platform publishing application used to manage content, connected social-media accounts, publishing workflows, and related creator tools.
By accessing or using SocialIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.
SocialIQ is a software application that may provide tools for content organization, publishing workflows, creator analytics, account connections, automation, artificial-intelligence-assisted content preparation, and publishing to supported third-party platforms.
Supported third-party services may include platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and other services added in the future.
Availability of individual integrations may change over time.
SocialIQ is primarily intended to help authorized users manage their own content and social-media accounts.
You may use SocialIQ only for accounts, Pages, channels, profiles, and content that you own or are authorized to manage.
You must not use SocialIQ to gain unauthorized access to another person's account, impersonate another person, circumvent platform security controls, or publish content without appropriate authorization.
SocialIQ integrates with third-party services.
Your use of those services remains subject to the separate terms, policies, community guidelines, developer policies, and privacy practices of the applicable third-party platform.
SocialIQ does not control those services.
A third-party platform may change its API, permissions, quotas, account requirements, publishing rules, availability, or other functionality at any time.
As a result, some SocialIQ integrations may occasionally become unavailable or require reauthorization.
Some SocialIQ features require you to authorize access to a third-party account using mechanisms such as OAuth.
When you connect an account, you authorize SocialIQ to perform only the actions permitted by the permissions you grant and the functionality provided by the applicable platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect and manage each account.
You may revoke access through SocialIQ or through the relevant third-party platform where supported.
You retain ownership of content that you create, upload, import, or publish through SocialIQ.
SocialIQ does not claim ownership of your original content.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
You should only publish material that you created, licensed, obtained permission to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to publish.
SocialIQ may include artificial-intelligence-assisted features for drafting, rewriting, summarizing, translating, categorizing, generating metadata, or preparing content.
AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain errors.
You are responsible for reviewing content before publication and determining whether it is accurate, appropriate, lawful, and suitable for the intended audience.
SocialIQ does not guarantee that generated or processed content is complete, accurate, or error-free.
SocialIQ may be used to prepare or distribute news, informational, educational, or commentary content.
Users are responsible for reviewing source information, correcting inaccuracies, providing appropriate context, and complying with applicable laws and platform policies.
SocialIQ is a publishing and workflow tool and is not itself a news organization, fact-checking service, or publisher responsible for user-created content.
SocialIQ may provide automated or scheduled publishing features.
You are responsible for:
SocialIQ cannot guarantee successful publication because third-party APIs may experience outages, delays, rate limits, authentication changes, or other restrictions.
You may not use SocialIQ to:
You are responsible for protecting passwords, tokens, credentials, devices, and accounts associated with your use of SocialIQ.
SocialIQ may store authorization credentials needed to maintain connected integrations.
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect application data, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If you believe that credentials or connected accounts have been compromised, revoke access and replace affected credentials promptly.
SocialIQ may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part.
Features may also stop working because of changes made by third-party platforms.
There is no guarantee that any particular integration, feature, API, or automation will remain continuously available.
SocialIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with third-party platforms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SocialIQ and its operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
This includes, without limitation, losses associated with failed publications, platform restrictions, account suspensions, data loss, lost revenue, or changes made by third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Access to SocialIQ may be restricted or terminated where necessary to protect the system, comply with legal requirements, address security concerns, or prevent misuse.
Users may stop using SocialIQ and disconnect third-party accounts at any time.
Use of personal information and connected-account data is described in the SocialIQ Privacy Policy.

These Terms may be updated when SocialIQ's functionality, integrations, legal requirements, or operating practices change.
When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised.
Continued use of SocialIQ after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
Use of SocialIQ remains subject to applicable laws and to the contractual terms of any third-party platform connected to the service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
