Users may request deletion of the data SocialIQ stores about their connected social-account(s) at any time.
The quickest way to remove a connection is to disconnect that platform (for example, your Facebook account/Page) directly within SocialIQ. This immediately removes the stored connection and credentials for that platform.
To request that SocialIQ delete all data it holds about your account connection(s), email subhabrata.rana.ca@gmail.com from an email address associated with your SocialIQ profile, and include:
Do not send passwords or access tokens in a deletion request -- SocialIQ never needs these to locate or delete your data.
SocialIQ can remove the connection, account identifiers, and credentials it stores for the platform(s) you specify. SocialIQ cannot delete data or content that is independently retained by Facebook/Meta, Google/YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, or any other third-party platform -- requests to remove data held by those platforms directly must be made to that platform.
Meta platform deletion requests may also be processed automatically through SocialIQ's secure platform callback.
